Miley Cyrus was spotted at Mr. Chow in Los Angeles last night October 4th.
The actress looked to be thoroughly enjoying herself as she strolled out of the restaurant with a few gal pals. From there, Miley & Co. made their way to the nearby Millions of Milkshakes for a tasty sweet dessert to cap off the evening.
Over the weekend, Miss Cyrus was the subject of a rather popular parody skit on “Saturday Night Live” called “The Miley Cyrus Show,” though she may not have found it flattering.
